Annual National Latino AIDS Awareness Day

Friday October 9th was National Latino AIDS Awareness Day. Although Friday has since passed 
I would like to encourage all my Latin Brothers and Sisters out there in 
cyberspace and beyond to get tested, know you status. 
Take a friend or your significant other with you. 
Encourage others to get tested as well for STI's and HIV. 
There is power in knowing your status. After all, knowledge is power.

I congratulate you for your effort outreaching people. Perhaps it would be a good idea for you to write a new blog article on preparing you readers to deal with a possible positive result on their HIV test, on letting them know that their lives are far from over.
